Ref4Bux is a Mini-PTC site that recently launched and is currently paying. However it is under 6 months old and will be added to the Ongoing Investigations List for the time being. If you plan on using this site be sure to test it fully.Here re the pros and cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://ref4bux.com/forum.php

2. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be found on the forum and throughout the web. Here are a few places where you can view these proofs:

http://www.emoneyspace.com/forum/index.php3 . All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
4. Low Minimum Cashout - This site minimum cashout is currently at $0.25. Which should be a easy target to reach and cashout with.
5. SSL Secure - Extra added layer of security to help secure your data.More Info
6. DDoS Protection - Site claims it is protected from DDoS attacks (more info). Which is a big threat to PTC sites. Such protection can be very expensive but these days it is needed to protect the site from possible threats and downtime.
CONS:
1. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
The main reason why we see this as a downside is due to the large number of new sites that go through many sudden changes during their first 6 months. Changes anywhere from rates per click, payment processor issues (paypal limitations), and payment wait times. New sites notorious for changing their terms. Why we do not recommend investing on new sites.
2. PayPal for Games - This could cause their paypal account to be limited if paypal every found out that the site is letting members fund their balances with paypal to play games. Sites like PiggyBankGPT and many others before have lost their ability to use paypal due to this rule violation.
3. Fees - High fees at cashout is one of the biggest gripes I receive about this site. It has a low cashout but the fees will most likely eat the entire balance if you cashout at a low amount. Currently fees are 15% + $0.02. We would recommend you let your balance accumulate before you try to cashout.

- Cashouts for the most part will take up to 24hrs. Sometimes cashouts are instant when they activate instant cashouts.
- From time to time the payment processors will be switched out or inactive. LibertyReserve was once added, then removed. Now it is back again for cashouts. Also PerfectMoney is for purchases and could be used for cashouts later.
- You require a minimum of 150 clicks on the past 7 days to use withdraw option.
- Avg Daily Earnings w/out referrals : $0.042871 +/-
- Actual earnings for ads are not displayed on the ad page. Standards will only receive 70% of current earning of each ad.
- You need to view at least 10 advertisements to earn clicks from your referrals tomorrow

Ref4Bux so far has proven to be a good site, however with the changes it is sill going through we are going to let the site site on the Ongoing Investigations List a little longer. If you plan on using this site be sure to test it fully before investing into it.
