Finally a survey site that I can bear to withstand using. Tired of taking long boring surveys on sites that take a lot of time to complete and then find out you are not qualified! At least with this site they are short and fun to answer. Each survey will take about a minute tops and they never drop the "sorry you didn't qualify" line.
instantcashsweepstakes.com allows you to take quick and fast surveys wile earning cash and winning sweepstakes jackpots. Here is a sample of what these surveys look like:
When you join you will start out at TS Level 1(trust score). You can only view up to 5 surveys every 3 hours. The higher you rank in TrustScore, the more benefits you earn because of your status. Everyone starts out at Rank 1 with the baseline number of coins per survey, random ticket prizes per survey and 5 surveys allowed per playing session. As your rank rises you get more benefits.
There are 3 times of earnings that you can receive by completing these short surveys:
- Tickets are used automatically used toward the lottery daily $50 drawings.
- Coins can be used toward the $2 drawing. The coins must be submitted, unlike the tickets which are automatically submitted. A $2 drawing is done every 4hrs. Also coins can be converted to tickets and used for the lottery.
- Cash can be used to cashout with PayPal. When you reach $2 you can cashout. Cash is sometimes rewarded during actual surveys, however coins and tickets are rewarded the most.
InstantCashSweepstakes has been online and paying for over 2 years. Site will be moved from the Legit List to the Elite List. Here are the "pros" and "cons" of this site:

3. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.
4. Fixed Minimum Cashout - $2 is the set minimum cashout. From what we can see the minimum cashout will not increase after your first cashout.
5. Established - As I stated earlier this site is over 2 years old and still paying. A great achievement for any site.
6. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between
members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and

CONS:
1. Cash Earnings - You will earn cash on this site, but don't expect to receive cash for every short survey you complete. Most of the earnings will be coins and tickets that can be used to go toward drawings. We don't review sites that users will only win from jackpots, but with this site you can earn cash, but it will not be for every survey completed.
2. Whois Private - Registered through GoDaddy and the whois is currently showing hidden. It is not really a big issue with this site since you don't have to worry about sending any money to them or losing a investment to a complete stranger.
3. Promotional Material - Other than the widget there you wont find banners for bloggers and site owners to use. Pretty much everyone is using the one that is being passed throughout the web that was made by a member.
Some Things You Should Know About This Site...
- All Countries can earn but only USA members can participate in the surveys. If you are outside the USA you can earn from referring others to the site.
- The PayPal email address that you supply for payment must be unique in their database. If you supply an address that has already been used by another account they will consider that you have broken their rule of "one Instant Cash Sweepstakes account per user" and your winnings in that account and any cash in all accounts associated with that PayPal email address will be canceled and nullified. Your accounts will also be banned from future wins.
- Once your account has reached the $100 threshold, you are REQUIRED to cash out and initiate the transfer of your money to your PayPal account within thirty (30) days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all funds in your account and your balance will be reset to $0.00.
- Number of Surveys: 5 every 3 hours for TS Level 1

instantcashsweepstakes.com seems to be a safe and paying site to use. We have tested this site and we have been paid without any issues. This site does not require any investment, only your spare time. Easy and simple to use without the hassle of taking long and boring surveys.
