Buxism (buxism.com) - SCAM

Moving the site from the Ongoing Investigations List to the Not Reviewable List. Site has turned into a forced investment site after being online for a year and 2 months .
Site has had a long list of issues. Owner is known to change the rules and we personally wouldn't recommend this site for investment. The owner has proved to be unreliable and sloppy with his sites. While he may pay, he is returning pending cashouts to accounts without paying pending cashouts, despite those who had cashed out was under the previous terms. If they are going to "change the rules in the middle of the game" at least pay out the pending cashouts.
While this site is paying, we can not fully endorse this site or any site within the network since they have a tendency to try to sell their sites. Since this particular site has decided to become a site that you must invest after a certain amount is cashed out, it will be added to the Not Reviewable List. Review will be closed out but the comment section below will remain open to those who wish to share their thoughts about Buxism.

Here are the pros and cons of this site.
PROS:
1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay updated on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://buxism.com/forum.php

2. Paying - Check our comment section and you will find payment proofs. Their forum

3. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.
CONS:
1. Changing Terms Frequently - This site has changed the rules so many times that you can't even rely on it anymore. Now the made the site into a forced investment site.

2. Ownership of a Failed Site - First5Clicks is connected to this site. Site had to reset balances in order to continue.Took us months to be paid. Site might have failed due to one of the owners leaving the site. Will have to see if this site can do better. More info on First5Clicks:

3. Recent Downtime - Forum
was down for a long period of time. Forum is now back, but the site had
a lot of problems recently. Owner claimed the site was hacked and
several sites in their network were affected.
4. Site was for Sale w/out Notifying Members - Anytime a site does not notify their members about the site being up for sale it will be moved to the Watch List for hiding this info from members. Auction is private but you can still see the details of about the owner. For the past few weeks he has been trying to sell of his other sites without notice. Which is why both are now on the Watch List:

5. A "Bux" Site - This type of ptc has a very high fail rate.
Most "bux" sites go scam under 6 months, if not within a year. Most rely
on upgrades and rental purchases rather than actual advertisers. A
typical "bux" site will show fixed/self-sponsored ads, sell rentals, and
have a higher rate per click. This type of business model is not very
successful and unsustainable, which is probably why most "bux" sites
fail.
6. Stopped Paying - Many are complaining about the site no longer paying and keeps returning cashouts to balance without paying. Also forum is full of spam from those who are not getting paid and posting sites that do pay. Sign that a site is not paying their members.
Some Things You Should Know About This Site...
- Members from CHINA, TAIWAN, HONG KONG and VIETNAM having free account and direct referrals are not paid due to very high rate of fraud from these type of accounts. To get paid you can either upgrade your account or continue without direct referrals.
- Members with free account need to have clicked at least 20 ads in last 7 days to get payment
- Starting Oct 7th you will be required to have a verified Paypal or AlertPay account in order to be paid.
- Average Daily Earnings Without Referrals: $0.0439 +/-

Summary:
Buxism has had a lot of problems throughout its existence and the main reason why we would not recommend it for investors.. Site will be placed on the Scam List since no payments are currently going out.
