The PTC Hall of Shame

I feel this needs to be done. There seems to be some PTC owners and Site owners that have no remorse for what they have done. Seriously, if you owned a PTC site and you ended up scamming a lot of people. Wouldn't you feel guilty or shame for doing so?

Well, not for these owners. And that is why I am making this list. This is a list of owners that repeatedly close and open up new PTC sites. Scam after scam, and they have not got the message. So, I feel a message needs to be heard loud and clear. Here are a list of known PTC owners that continue to try and scam internet users. This is what I like to call
